How to clean?
1. For daily cleaning, start by vacuuming the runner for stairs washable on a low-power setting. For a deeper clean, take anti slip stair treads outside and whack the back to get any remaining dirt out.
2. For those tough stains, use a damp sponge and mix in a mild detergent. Always wash in the direction of the soft side and be careful not to soak stair treads. After washing, use clean towels to soak up any excess water and then allow stair carpet strips to air dry.
3. If you prefer a machine washing stair rug, start by following steps 1 and 2 above. Then, wash stair tread covers on cold with mild detergent and use a gentle setting. Always avoid continuous exposure to sunlight to prevent any fading.

Decided it was time to change my step pads. These were a great price and looked so appealing. My old set were so worn and turned up around the edges she’s. I am hoping these stay in place and don’t look like the others. They were easy to install, seem to stay in place but not very sticky. I decod to buy some carpet double sided tape.

As soon as it arrived 15 minutes ago, I started ripping at the plastic backing of these rug treads and plopped them on. They are PERFECT!! The back is not sticky like sticker sticky, rather they are those sticky hands or fidget squishies the kids have that can stick to walls and grab paper but never leave any residue. Given I know what kind of tacky stickiness this is, I'm sure if not cleaned it can build up dust and gunk causing it to lose the tackiness. Also sure that a quick wash through the washer will bring this back to life. Looks amazing, great bang for the buck for $29 for 15 rug-treads (especially during inflation), super easy to install, and saves my aging parents from slipping on my new stairs when they visit :)

Pleased with the appearance and sturdiness. The back isn’t terribly sticky so they do move out of place but don’t seem to be a slip hazard. They arrived folded so lay them out for a couple days to straighten out before using and it’s easier.

I really like the quality of the material. The backing is not sticky yet it is slip proof. I can vacuum these or pull the off for a complete dusting of stairs.I have not yet washed them and I hope they can stand the test of time.So far I am 100% satisfied!

Very pretty, nice edging, but they do NOT stick to the stairs. A little non-slip, but not enough to be safe on wood stairs. So disappointed.

I love these stair treads. I purchased these after I fell down my stairs. They were easy to install, although some of the backing was difficult to peel off. They have stayed in place (it has been a month so far) and are thin enough that they don't create a tripping hazard. They don't seem to collect lint and are easy to vacuum. I was concerned about how light they are even though we don't wear shoes in the house because we have a dirt driveway & live on a farm, but they have not discolored nor do they appear worn. I also have a few spare in case needed in the future. Highly recommend!

I love these stair runners. They stick nicely, add cushion and less creak on the stairs. Great addition to my stairs. Very pretty, as they match the large runner in my hallway.
