Once again Sunny delivers. It is well built and designed. Great adjustment features. Really good stability and easy to move around. This is ideal for a small room. It is not bulky. This was selected with that in mind. If you have the space spend the extra money for larger unit. I am 5 10 and it is a good size. If you’re taller I would consider one that is larger, better padding, larger foot pad and larger framing. So far the back extension portion of the unit works well. There are multiple advantages to the adjustments once can make. The dipping bar is great and handled my weight well. No unit shake. The unit does not move. The padding is ok not the greatest. The foot rest is generally okay but wish it was wider and one piece. I found it easy to put together. And they group the parts separately to help build each section. Good directions.

Got this today and assembled it no problem. I have another product from Sunny and they’re good quality, sturdy long lasting equipment at a good price. I also like that it folds down. I’m writing a review early because there are a couple things I want to help others be aware of.I’m 5’5 1/2†and have a longer torso, my legs are on the shorter side. I have the pad on the lowest setting and it’s too tall for me. If I take out the pin and lower the pad all the way down then it fits correctly—foot platforms would be more helpful. I don’t want to create more back issues when I’m trying to improve back issues because it’s too tall for me. Not the fault of the machine just my proportions. I’m debating sending it back because of that. So if you have shorter legs like me, maybe shop around, this may not be the machine for you. Just an FYI from my toes to the bottom of my pelvis is 30â€. If I take out the pin I can shorten the top of the pad to about 33â€. So it works if I tip toe. I never realized my legs were quite that short lol.Update:this issue has been corrected with correspondence with the company. They helped me correct the issue. The other issue is the handle bars are not welded correctly. They’re supposed to stick out so you can do elevated push up type exercises, but as you can see in the picture the handle bars are straight up..Overall, it’s good quality exercise equipment I would buy from Sunny again.

I, along with much of the world, suffer from back problems that are, I believe, largely a result of sitting 90% of my waking hours. This isn't a magical cure, but this is one step in the right direction. Of course, back extensions are no new discovery, but the fact that you can have one in your home for less than $100 is pretty awesome.The equipment is perfectly sturdy for me as a 6'-1", 180 lb male. It's certainly not as sturdy as a bigger, bulkier model you would find in a gym, but I actually prefer this to the back extension at my local gym because of the thinner pad which lets me bend at the hip better. The one at the gym has an enormous pad that prevents me from hinging over the way I would like.I've had it for 2.5 years now and it's doing just fine. I use it off and on and it doesn't seem any looser than what I remember out of the box or damaged in any way.Just for context, my 5 star rating is based on the quality of the product for the price that was paid. Yes you can get better back extension machines, but for $75, I'm more than pleased.

The Roman chair is great, and the shipping was earlier than expected, which is a plus. However, it didn’t come in Amazon packaging, even though I selected that option. Nevertheless, the product works as intended. Installation was a bit challenging for me since this is my first time assembling gym equipment without video instructions. 😅 It did come with all the necessary tools, parts, an installation manual, and screws. I just hope it lasts, as the base is welded, and I’m not sure how strong it is. I’ll update my review after a month or so of use and share whether it helps improve my lower back problems. 😃

You cant go wrong having this for your home gym setup. It is adjustable through multiple functions so it has an exponential amount of options to use it for. Easy to assemble, and folds into convenient storage space. Very safe and sturdy. Well worth the cost.

I had two of these, with this one being the second I purchased earlier this year (March/April of 2024). While doing a standard raise, I was using the handles for a little extra support and push at the end - you know, when you're at the end of a set and need just a little extra. Well, much to my surprise and fear, the handles both went out and I fell pretty hard. It turns out, the screw stripped out and with just body weight, you can see the results. I am 6' 2", weighing about 205lbs. Well within what they claim are the limitations.If this was the issue and they resolved it, I wouldn't be here to warn everyone as I would have considered it a one off and something that just happens when you make a lot of things. What happened was they kept giving me the run around, gather information, then send me to their legal team. If that is the type of company and response from a faulty product, it is telling me that this may be more systemic and potential issue for other users.EDIT: They have now told me there isn't enough documentation for legal to reach out to me and they have refused to connect me with a manager. They said that I must have an attorney reach out to them. Be advised if you purchase.

You are not buying a professional technogym bench. But for the price this is a very good purchase! I am 90kg and I find it very stable and solid.It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows.The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze.I am very happy with my purchase

Leggendo alcune recensioni ero scettico,posso assicurare ché la panca è robusta ..la consiglio a chi come me' è alta 1,68 o meno ..credo superata questa altezza l'esecuzione non renderebbe bene ... Non è la panca come quella che trovate in palestra,ma x uso personale/domestico se si sa usare vi assicuro ché è un ottima alternativa... Stabile robusta potete utilizzare anche pesi qualora il vostro programma lo richieda . Foglio montaggio anche in italiano di conseguenza facile da montare...

Dudé un poco en adquirirlo o no ya que algunas personas comentan que les llegó incompleto que les faltaban algunas tuercas o tornillos, dudo que esto pase ya que los tornillos vienen en una planilla sellados y señalados con un número para facilitar el armado, me tardé un poco en armarlo pero no porque el manual no sea claro, la verdad es bastante claro pero si son bastantes tornillos los que hay que colocar. Respecto al producto en sÃ, me parece de buena calidad, muy útil, me encantó, llevo un rato usándolo y no he tenido problema alguno, muy satisfecho con la compra, lo recomiendo.
