The water doesn't heat up at all and it's just a piece of plastic garbage.I just want to return it to the seller and get my money back.And even better, the seller should return the money because the device does not work.

We have very cold water from our basement kitchen during this time of winter. Im very please so far, cool product and works perfectly. Just go over the installation process in your head before get under the sink to install it. Thank you and it is exactly what I ordered.
