Bought this to upgrade my smaller handles. It's all metal (or aluminum) and has two mounting options. The first slot is for maximum torque and the second slot is more for control. I personally use the second slot. Comes with four nut options. Two sizes of nuts and each set has either standard "righty tighty" threads or the reverse screw on type. I loved it and it matches my reel perfectly. I bought several different colored ones to change out all my handles.

Ordered 1 and it worked fine. Second one came and the locking mechanism doesn’t fit properly (screw holes won’t line up). Thought it was a fluke so ordered again…same issue…

This handle was purchased for a shimano level wind. I rated it four stars due to it not having the up sizing adapter. The knob is smooth and has actual bearings in it. I have fitted it to my Abu garcia c4 and some older models as well with no issues. I am unsure how long how long the colors will last, but that is not a concern of mine. The functionality is what I will update on.

I guess it's bad machining or damage during assembly but the cap doesn't screw in flush. I've tried several times but no improvement. Kind of disappointing.
