The grease might not come out right away when you are using it at the first time, press the handle several times to let the grease push the air out.
If grease is still not coming out, the air bleeder valve button can help to eliminates air pockets quickly. Press after loading, the plunger will retract automatically.
If you still can't prime the grease out, unscrew the head a little to let the air out.
Due to the low temperature in winter, grease might get tougher and cause slower lubing.
The reinforced spring ensures that all air and grease can be pushed onto the top of the tube. High pressure piston o-ring seal prevents the grease leaking out of the tube, and its sealing performance is more powerful than ordinary grease gun.
Come with 3 different couplers — 1 sharp type nozzle, 1 normal coupler, 1 lock coupler equipped on spring flex hose. Extension bend pipe or straight pipe can clip on most of hard to reach zerk fitting. Fits most vehicle models while eliminating grease gun fitting locking frustration.
7000 PSI grease gun is equipped with 10000 PSI flex shaft, make the lubricate safer and more smoothly. The 18inch length allow it to operate more flexibly. Tips: Use the wrench to tighten it when installing the flex shaft.

This grease gun is a good one. It works as it is supposed to do. Had trouble when I ordered it the first time with the mail service USPS. The postal service lost it somewhere in their mail system. I done as I was supposed to do with everything even gave a few extra days just incase it was just a little more late. But in the end the postal service lost. I done a replacement order for the grease gun through the process like I was supposed to do an it was replaced an got here in a few days of the replacement time frame. The ones I ordered the grease gun from, it was not their fault. I like what I received an it works good for what I need it for hands down.

Instructions to load and prime the gun are much more complex than the they need to be.Watch the video on the product page and you get all you need to know.Leave the top loosely screwed on so the bigger air pockets can escape, then tighten it down.After that, just tighten down and pump the handle a couple of times.FOLLOW THE NOTE about using the Teflon tape on the hose threads and tighten well.I just hand tightened the hose to the body and I got quite a bit of leakage.Purely operator error though. The product works well.

1st time used a grease gun, replaced lawn tractor and trailer tires and they had grease fittings for bearings and axles. Purchased this and two tubes of red grease, didn't really follow loading instructions and basically had a mess and 15 minutes wrestling a spring back in. Watched a video and wow, 10 seconds and no mess when you load correctly. There is no reason to take the plunger side off, just pull plunger handle back hard and rod stays out, simple, then unscrew head, load grease tube, screw head back on, leave loose, release plunger lever, push plunger rod back in, tighten head and ready to use. Didn't need the air release button, worked fine for first tube and loaded up another. Used flex tube with grease fitting tip. Quality product. Great purchase, especially when you do it right !

This is every bit as good as a Lincoln grease gun (the gold standard in the industry) and I do not state this lightly! I have 5 different grease guns for the various different types of grease needed to do the variety of jobs I encounter. This is my first gun that's not made by Lincoln and I figured I'd try it as the reviews seemed to say it's a quality gun. Well, the reviews don't lie! I've been a professional mechanic my entire working life, so I have a good idea what I am talking about. You get a "bonus" of all different types of add-ons making this an incredibly versatile and reliable grease gun! Take it from me, you WON'T be disappointed with the Thorstone grease gun kit!!! I can tell you this, I'll buy this again if I come across the need for another grease gun. I love when I can get high quality for half (or less) the cost of the industry standard brand!!! Kirk

Either this is a one-off defective grease gun or it is defective by design.I am the type who tries to figure out why a tool is not working.I watched numerous videos on correct loading and priming but this grease gun just will not work.The priming rod got stuck even when holding the release.When It finally released it did nothing to purge the air.Yes, I had the top loose to allow air to get out.I spent an hour of my life fighting with this before resorting to returning it.I hope someone reads this review and saves an hour of their life.

Mine included everything as shown except for plastic storage cap coupler cover that helps contain leaks while stored. Mine does have minimal leak from coupler while stored, as do most grease guns, but I just use the plastic bag its accessories came in to cover the coupler, which is all I need to contain the minimal leak that occurred when first stored but hasn't continued. The product details say it "Comes with 4 extra couplers" but mine only came with 3 and in the description, pictures and listing within the product details it only has 3. It appears that it either used to include an extra regular coupler or it's a typo in the product details. Mine was easy to setup and use with no air bubbles, leaks or any other issues. My locking coupler easily locked on and came off all the fittings with no damage to the coupler or any fittings. The hose and locking coupler are ideal for my needs and they are both accessories I required. I have not used any of the other accessories yet although I may need them and they make this a very nice package with everything I should ever need. Because of their size and shape all locking couplers may not fit into all spaces but in those situations the regular coupler can be used instead. Mine is to new to determine its durability & longevity but it appears to be well made and I expect it to last many years. Based on my experience I highly recommend this grease gun.

The grease gun works well after you get it loaded with the grease tube. The biggest problem I found is getting the grease tube loaded. I think going forward I'll install a grease fitting in it and load it with the air powered grease gun at work.
