It works as advertised at less than half the price of the Toto brand name flapper. Very easy to install too. Did both toilets with these and no more slow leaks from the tanks.

It is difficult to put it in place, mainly because the hole is too tight to push through. But once it is all done, the flapper works just as it should and totally eliminates the ghost flushing. It is well worth the price I paid for it.

I replaced the flappers in my toilets with these and they work great! No more leaks. Installation was easy and the adjustable chain made getting the right tension for my toilet a breeze. The hardest part of the installation was getting the old flapper off. I couldn't do it because the rubber had become so hard I couldn't stretch it over the "ears" on the fill pipe. I overcame this by just cutting them off with diagonal cutting pliers. The new flapper had new, pliable rubber and was easy to install. This product will solve your toilet leaking problem, just make sure you're getting the right size for your toilet.

Have an old TOTO one piece toilet, CST863. The hole on the flapper where the chain attached to was broken and I had to find a replacement. After tried Korky 2023 BP, 2022 BP and TOTO THU500S, all of them are leaking immediately after installation. Followed the instruction for dial number, chain length and level hole, still no luck. Reached out to TOTO customer service and the parts they provided are these failed ones I have already tried. Then they recommend to install the tower style assembly THU460.6D-A. I do not think I can handle the installation. Still want a flapper that seals properly. This one says to replace THU140S. I give it a try and it finally works!!! Will order more to stock up!

I have a Toto toilet model CST854, with 3 inch opening. However, my model wasn't on the NOT COMPATIBLE WITH list and I've used replacement for THU140S but this one has short arms.I've used part #2022BP in the past and it has the longer arms and fits easily.I'm going to send these back as they do not fit as described. The Hibbent brand works better.

Exactly what I needed. Fits well in my Toto toilet. Very easy to replace the old one. The only issue is that the attached chain is extremely long (most people will need to adjust it).
