After 5 yrs, the original leaked badly. Got the model No. from the stamp inside the reservoir., searched on Amazon & got this. Easy to use, fits well, and NO MORE leaks! I am going to get a few more of this flapper... as I'd be just a matter of time that the rest of the flappers (3 more to go) will go bad.
