Didn't expect it to be so heavy duty for the price. It is the perfect drop amount on our skoolie to be able to tow our Jeep.

I purchas3d this to lower the bike rack on my new Tahoe. Not only did it lower it by 8’’ to make it easier to lift my e-bike onto my rack, but it also caused my rack to be extended much farther from the rear of the vehicle then what I wanted. It is made of solid steel, so I know it could be up to the task, but I ended up returning for the above reason. See the angle of it. If it had been straight up & down, it would have been a different outcome. I would still recommend for someone needing this to lower say a boat trailer so it was more level with the ground.

This was exactly what we were looking for. This rise is a good height and it feels solid with the carry rack and bikes. Gives good entry and exit clearance on step driveways and campsites.
