Great toilet! The Toto Drake uses slightly more water per flush but performance is amazingly better than the 1.2 gallon per flush American Standard it replaced. We're not that hard on toilets but the low flush American Standard was horrible (yes, it often required two - not 10 or 15 - flushes to empty the bowl so we're actually saving water!).What we like: no "debris" left in the bowl, it fully flushes every time, the bowl stays cleaner longer, and we have yet to have it keep running after a flush (happened all the time with it's predecessor). Only minor criticism is that the Drake is slightly louder when the tank is filling - but I tell myself it's like a babbling brook and I quickly achieve a Zen state of knowing there will be no "surprises" in the bowl the next time I lift the lid.The 1.6 gal Toto Drake is like a modern miracle. Seriously ... I don't know that I will every buy another brand of toilet ... I've become a Toto owner for life.

I like the water efficiency of the toilet, especially the light flush. The regular flush uses more water than other toilets but the light flush makes up for it.

Yes, it’s just a toilet. But it was easy to install, the tank doesn’t rest against the back wall so it is easy to clean it paint behind it and the design allows the water to swish around the bowl so there aren’t those little holes to gunk up. My only concern is that the tank top sits on top of the tank, not over it. Time will tell if this design will be an issue and the top may fall off and break. Very happy with purchase.

This is by far on of the best toilets on the market. Totos flush cannot be beat. Every flush helps clean the bowl although it doesn’t replace cleaning by any means.

Toto makes great toilets, but a toilet coming without a seat is new to me. And an unwelcome surprise!

We already had this model in our half bath, so we knew we wanted the same one to replace the Kohler Flowmaster in the master bath ( it didn't fully flush, took forever to fill, and ran constantly) This is a great toilet with a powerful flush...a little loud on the fill though.
