I bought this in hopes of moving my trailer further away from truck while attached. This extender fit perfectly in the receiver and I am able to open my tailgate without hitting my trailer jack. Made of steel and very secure when attached.

My Dad snatched this out of my hands so fast. This is perfect if you need to switch between multiple hitches in your yard. We've got a work truck, a classic truck, a dump trailer, a car trailer, a log splitter trailer, a boat trailer, and a tractor.It's a serious pain that these aren't standardized and it's very difficult to find replacements. This was a great buy, and I feel like it's a heavy-duty quality product potentially superior to others I own because it has a fresh anti-rust coating that seems thick.

This is exactly what they said it is and I am absolutely thrilled with its quality. I like how versatile it is even though I only have a receiver that utilizes a 2 1/2 inch mount. It is well-made and I have absolutely no doubts that it will hold up to the Rigors of heavy towing.
