Supersprings Trailer SumoSprings are designed to enhance your trailers load carrying ability, stabilize sway, and improve overall driver control and comfort. Trailer SumoSprings are maintenance free and do not require any airlines or compressors. The air inside Sumosprings is captured in millions of air pockets inside the micro-cellular urethane material. This means that there will be no leaking or rupturing like traditional air bags. Supersprings Trailer SumoSprings are a one-piece unit and only mount at one end. Solo Supersprings come in blue and black. Blue ones are designed for trailer frames with a GAWR of 3,000-5,000 lbs with the spring sitting underneath the axle tube. The Blue SumoSprings shouldn't be compressed past 70% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound. Black ones are designed for trailer frames with a GAWR of 5,000-8,000 lbs with the spring sitting on top of the axle tube | SuperSprings Trailer SumoSprings TSS-107-47

I watched a lot of YouTube videos on this and finally bought. The installation was extremely easy and in my mind d has made a world of difference in how the fifth wheel pulls. Well worth it and would definitely buy again.

Everytime leaving the driveway or running on uneven roads, the 5'ber would roll side to side and/or bounce so much so, I feared it would roll over.....all in my mind.....rock and roll stress. But talk about an uneasy look and feel.More I look at the stock RV suspension, where are the shocks?!? Just barely rated springs?I decided enough stressing. Either shocks or Sumo blue or black. I decided going with black because each axle is 7,000 and springs were over the axle. What a very noticeable difference! The 5'ver pulled perfectly on wavy roads and the driveway. Just a very smooth roll as to be expected. No more stress. All this also makes for a smoother drive over bridges.I opted for airbags on the truck and not Sumo, because airbags are adjustable and active off the bat.

I ordered (2) black sumos-spring kits for install on dual 7k axles on a 2023 Alliance 382RK. One review indicated that the kit did not include the gas line relocation, but both of my received kits did include this & had all expected spacers and various length bolts that might be needed. I originally installed one spacer per spring, but compression was then greater than the instructions’ recommended 1/4-1/2 preload. It literally took -5 minutes per spring to remove the spacers, and preload was then exactly within recommended specs. I did use the propane line relocation parts, since my rig had the gas line running directly centered along the bottom of the I-Beam; my Nephew (a professional Diesel mechanic) handled that, and by the time he was finished, I had all four spring installed. Super easy! My only recommendation is to avoid over-torquing; the recommended torque spec is 10 foot pounds. I think I put mine at 13, and install was completely solid.

I do not recommend this product. Super Springs International has terrible customer support and is not responsive. I submitted a warranty claim 2 months ago and they have yet to provide replacements for their failed product. The springs are poorly designed and not engineered to support the the manufacturer's specified load. I had these professionally installed on our 2021 Grand Design Momentum toy hauler. The installation procedure and specifications were rigorously followed. They lasted less than 1 year before they deformed, failed, and fell off our RV while parking it.

My 5th wheel was poorly designed so it was always heavier on the driver side and it leaned that way while going down the road. I was looking for leveling airbags to correct this problem when I saw this product. I used an additional shim from this kit on the low side and it has made a world of difference. It pulls better and my truck tires are no longer wearing unevenly on long trips. It was easy to install on two axles in under two hours with basic hand tools. It solved my problem perfectly and doesn't require monitoring air pressure or any of the headaches caused by airbags. I just wish I bought it sooner.

Only 4 stsrs as I havr yet to try the setup on the road. I installed the SumoSprings on a 35 foot fifth wheel RV. Install was fairly easy and instructions were good. I will write more review later after I have pulled the RV a few miles.

Heavy fifth wheel RV’s really have a lot of movement thanks to bad roads. Broken leaf springs are common. Sumo springs absorb much of the bounce, greatly improve the ride, and should be on there from the factory. I won’t have an RV without them.

These Sumos were installed on a 40ft 5th wheel, installation was a breeze, I just followed the instructions. I have since pulled this trailer over good and bad roads with great results, the recovery duration for the double eye springs bouncing over every pot hole or bump had been reduced greatly giving me more control and reduced chucking when towing 40ft 5th wheel. These were delivered very fast, and contained hardware for most configurations, I ended up not using all the hardware it came with, which is fine by me.I'm very happy with the purchase.

Very easy to install if you have auto-leveling system on rig. Otherwise use a floor jack. 15 minutes for first one
