If a leaf spring is cracked or broken, it should be replaced immediately. We recommend using a wire brush to remove debris and dirt caked on the spring to aid in visual inspection.

Installed and "works like they should...". When replacing existing rusted out leaf springs, recommend installing new U-Bolts and Pressure Plates as well. Simply grind the old one's out.
