How far is the actual call distance of the walkie-talkie?
We tested the communication distance:
- When we conduct a call test along the coast and seaside, it can reach about 3 miles without any obstacles such as tall buildings or other mountains.
- Near the center of many tall buildings in the city, it can reach about 0.6 miles.
- So the actual communication distance depends on the obstructions of the terrain environment where you are using the call.
How long does it take to fully charge the walkie-talkie, and how long can it actually be used？
- Frequent use can last for 8-12 hours, longer if moderately use.
- 3-4 hours to fully charge a battery with 0 capacity.
- The longest standby time when turned on can reach about 5 days.

Best thing i have ever bought. my friends and i like to go cruising and i never felt like it was safe for them to be texting and driving so i decided these would be so helpful to get rid of them being on their phone. durability is strong because they have dropped them before and they still work really fine, sound quality is so good but if you go too far from each other it does start getting a little choppy and the battery life is pretty good too. sometimes we forget to charge them and they still will be on so i'm not sure how long they can last for

Got these for multiple blinds and home base. Never used them more than a mile and a half apart, but perfect reception even through dense woods. Buying a 2nd set for the kids. Great value/purchase quality.

I made the purchase for my work doing events. We have used them for just one event so far and they worked out great. It wasn't a very large event so I do need to see how they work out at one of our larger events.

These are clones of the Baofeng 888 GMRS handhelds. Easily reprogram with Chirp. Can program GMRS repeater pairs. The only drawback is they only have 16 channels. I have bought at least 30 of these for our village to use for emergency communication on FRS ( no license) and GMRS (license required $75 from FCC 10 yr). Good battery life. Antenna can be replaced with higher gain vertical or even a yagi for real distance at low power. Excellent value. (BTW I hold General HAM & GMRS licenses)

Los he probado a una distancia de 400 metros y funciona bien. Excelente para trabajos regulares, no son de uso rudo. Si los cuidas te pueden durar mucho. Recomiendo para almacenes, oficinas, hoteles pequeños, restaurantes. Es un plus que traigan auriculares.
