My children love these. It is nice they come in a range of colors, so no need to mark their individual units. The lanyards were slightly tricky to put on, but nothing you can't get as long as dexterity isn't an issue.The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that we haven't had a chance to check their range. Though feedback isn't bad when used in close proximity. They also don't come with power adapters, just the cords, so make sure you have a way to plug them in for charging.Overall, we are glad we went with these.

Have worked well so far in the house. Has lasted over a month in the hands of an 8, 6 & 5 year olds. Hold charge for days (turning off when not in use). Have not tested distance yet though.

UPDATE BELOW: Set of 4 walkie talkies - 2 way radios. Four different colors. Says - long range. I purchased as a gift for my two grandsons, 10 and 13. They report they work well and have lots of features. Rechargeable. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I am a verified purchaser - not a paid reviewer. I have been doing honest, trustworthy reviews for well over 25 years with Amazon - posting thousands and thousands of reviews. Those posts have been viewed over 8.2 million times to date. BOTTOM LINE:Â I pay for all my stuff, just like you do - with hard earned dollars!UPDATE 10/22/2023- Sadly, I must report that the rechargeable batteries that are provided are completely dead after only a couple of months!! They do work with regular batteries - but I purchased because these in large part due to the rechargeable batteries - this is a HUGE disappointment. Rechargeable batteries do not last forever, but you can expect with proper care a few years of use. Therefore, I must lower my rating and cannot recommend these. It is possible that this was just a fluke. But it believe it is poor quality control. Of course, everyone has the right to decide themselves. This represents my personal experience with these walkie talkies, my opinion that they have quality control issues and am updating my review as promised. Cannot recommend them.

So we loved this brand of walkies the first time we got them. With our new set we find that there are constant issues. The walkies connection can be loose so when you PTT the walkie screen flickers and may even turn off the walkie. They beep A LOT. There are 4 bars for battery and when one starts blinking then the walkie beeps... but there are 3 bars left. Odd. These do have good range in a neighborhood. I like them but won't be buying them a third time with the decline in quality.
