I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review to see how this product functions and its durability. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this elliptical machine. It is very easy to setup and use. It has adjustable speeds so it made it very easy for my elderly father to find his rhythm when using it. It allowed him to start slow and now he is steadily progressing with his speed. It also works without using the adjustable speed portion. This is going to help him not only develop a better range of motion but also add some muscle back into his legs by manually making it move. The quality of the machine is very sturdy and I can see it lasting for a very long time. I am very content with the price of this machine as they have made it affordable for even seniors on a budget. I am looking forward to seeing his results in 6 months.

After using it, I felt that it was a good fit for me. It is smooth and quiet, and has little pressure on the joints.There are 15 adjustable speeds, and there are 3 pre-programmed automatic exercise programs. While watching TV or using the computer, exercising your leg muscles can help promote blood circulation. The included remote control adds a layer of convenience. You can adjust the speed, direction and duration of the exercise without bending over and interrupting your work.I feel it is solid, well made and durable. Very well made! So easy to use! The Remote works well. Smooth glide. I like the15 speeds and being able to use either a pre programmed setting or my own manual setting. I can absolutely say that I do feel the circulation in my legs when I am through and also feel so much better walking with my arthritic knees, because my legs feel so good. I wouldn't do any less then 30min at a time. It goes so fast and the machine is doing the work for you, but your legs get the benefit. I really researched these machines gor werks before I settled on this one. A few were a bit cheaper and a a lot were much more expensive. The more expensive ones did the same thing and some didn't even have remotes. I have had this for almost 3 weeks. I have used it almost every day. I am very satisfied and highly recommend! Of course shopping was very fast, as it always is from Amazon and with Prime and free shipping, it was a win, win for me!

Pros: Provides good workout, lightweight, no assembly required, prompt email response from companyCons: Needs more detailed instruction manual. Emailed "after sale" & received preset mode listing (why not include it with product?), had to go to YouTube video to fully understand various modes and proper operation; have to use phone flashlight to see console, also must unplug trainer to completely turn off. Will edit review after more use.
