Use with my 10x40 while sitting in a blind glassing antelope and other animals. Judd exactly what I needed. Hands free and stay stable.

Just hooked up my binoculars to this tripod mount, and it’s a solid! It’s got a sturdy build and a really secure grip. The mount is super stable, even with the extra weight of my phone attached. It’s a bit on the bulky side, but it does what it’s supposed to do without a hitch. It’s made looking at birds a breeze because I don’t have to worry about my binos wobbling. Plus, it’s pretty easy to use - just clamped it on, and it stayed put. For the quality and steadiness, the price is a total bargain. Definitely recommend if you need your optics to stay put!

I bought a Leica 3200.COM 10x42 range finder binocular. I wanted to mount it to a tripod so I started looking for mounts. I wanted something light weight but durable, easy to mount but stable for the optic. I bought a couple of different mounts including this one. It came on time if not early packaging was good. I liked he fact that it had a .125" (1/8") layer of neoprene covering the entire surface. I really like the fact that instead of rubber it had a decent size piece of shock cord inside of a piece of Velcro strip. A loop of the shock cord was attached to a plastic anchor on one side and a slot on the other side loops the Velcro around it then it wraps over and sticks to the other portion of Velcro. It has a nice little nylon loop to easily undo the velcro to quickly remove the optic. It secures the optic well. Since there is only one strap there is a little play in the optic. Not necessarily a bad thing. The platform is flat. I bought another similar mount that was slightly curved, but because it had a different design it had as much play in the optic as this one, so that was a tie. Honestly, I have not field tested this yet, so I cannot speak to its durability , yet. But out of the box the design is good and for casual glassing it will work fine. The strap design is clever, easily mounts to the standard tripod head hardware uses a female connector. For the price it does the job.

To start this is for roof prism binoculars. It isn't wide enough for porro prism binoculars, so if your binoculars eyepiece isn't in line with the objective lens, don't get this. The design is a simple sturdy plastic platform with a firm foam cover on the top. An adjustable strap goes over the top to secure your binocs to the platform. I tried it with several different sizes of binocs from 8X30 up to 12X50 and had no issues adjusting it to hold them securely. Don't put too much tension on the strap. You just need enough to hold them on, too much tension and you will lose your eye to eye width adjustment on the binocs. I like the elastic loop on the end that allows you to adjust it once, and quickly mount or un-mount your binocs.Overall, this works as expected, and is a great addition to my kit.

It is well made and generally works as intended, but there is a caveat. Works best if you can completely flatten your binos and fasten them securely. But for myself (as probably most users) I have to adjust my Nikon trailblaze binos (which don't seem to have a tripod socket) at a comfortable angle to match the distance between my eyes. Then the binos are out of plane and have to be secured with a strip at a lightl tension or they will be flattened. This works ok at small angles of view, but the binos can slip and fall at steep angles, such as when viewing night sky. You may have to secure them additionally for safety. I still decided to keep this mount.

I'm very excited and impressed by this universal binocular mount, it's a very genius and easy way to secure and mount any binocular. The mounting mechanism consists of a nylon velcro strap connected to a bungee cord that applies secure downward spring tension down on the binocular. The foam mounted pad is the perfect consistency and tackiness, it prevents the mounted binocular from moving and sliding around and keeps it snug, while at the same time not marring your binocular. The tightening stap can be easy tightened all the way down flush with the mounting pad, meaning it can essentially mount any compact binocular you can imagine! I was able to successfully mount all my 20mm and 25mm Zeiss and Swarovski binoculars onto this unit. The velcro-bungee tightening system also makes it a sinch to attach and detach your binocular on the go, you simply just pull gently upwards on the strap and slip your binocular on and off!The overall lightweight of the unit makes it a perfect companion for any serious binocular user, I keep it tucked away in my tripod bag all the time when I'm out glassing now. I would say overall this is the perfect affordable mounting system you can OWN hands down. Highly recommended.

My binoculars don't have a threaded hole to allow them to be mounted on a tripod, so I got this adaptor for my trip to the national parks. The adaptor worked well, holding my binoculars securely on the tripod so that I could take pictures.I attached a picture I took at Dinosaur National Park. The lizard petroglyphs were about 1/4 mile away from where I was standing.

A long 1/4 inch screw is required to mount this to your tripod. The velcro is removeable and can be replaced with whatever you prefer. Note when tightened the binoculars may start to fold more than you'd like, for this reason put something between the binocular folding axes to keep the binocular from bending further. The velcro isn't as flexible as I thought, as a result the binocular wiggles ever so slighty. If you have anxiety about your binoculars falling off. Either replace the standard velcro it is shipped with a more flexible velcro or alternitavely go with Lieca Stabellite or the Swarovski Universal Tripod mount.Overall for the price this is an excellent binocular tripod mount, I gave it 5 stars because it is customizable and has a very solid grippy memory foam.
