I was please with the way this product worked. I only used the larger wheel, but it fit well in the grinder which I think was sized for the smaller wheel. The grind wheel extended past the guard, but that made it easier to grind in tight places. I used it to grind down ridges in a concrete floor to get it ready for laminate flooring. The wheel did not wear down as much as I was expecting so I am please with its performance. Grinding concrete makes a mess whether you use water or not. Water makes a pasty mess, while no water makes a lot of dust! Either way, this product performed to my satisfaction.

These cups work great but don't last long. After reading other reviews I decided to order them anyway, not knowing what to expect in either a worst or best case scenario; I chanced the outcome. They are small indeed but that was okay with me since I was working with limited space. However, buyer beware of their small size.I only used the diamond cup one to grind appropriately 3 sq. ft of 20 year old mortar before re-tiling (on a concrete surface), and when finished, the diamond cup was worn almost completely. There is probably about 3 mm left in the cup, but I got the job done. Now I have a little "meat" left on the cup and whole new disk to work on something else eventually. If you're planning on working on a larger area, these will not last you more than 4... maybe 5 sq. ft. (on a concrete surface) on the cup alone. They grind excellent and that's why I rated them a four. I'm not rating the wear and durability since I knew beforehand that I only needed them for a small project and other reviews warned me not to expect a long life with these . If I were to rate the wear and durability, it would probably be a 2 at most, but that wouldn't be fair since I knew beforehand that it was only purchasing them for a small re-tiling job. If you need a diamond cup that will take on an entire floor and last a long time, buy yourself DeWalt.

This is a great cheap diamond blade. I used it to remove adhesive from a concrete slab. Adhesive remover did an OK job but this definitely got the job done. Highly recommend this.

FOR THE PRICE , IT IS A GREAT TOOL. NEEDED TO GRIND A HUMP IN THE CONCRETE FLOOR AND DIDN'T WANT TO BUY A $100.00 NAME BRAND WHEEL. BOUGHT THIS AND WORKED JUST AS GOOD. YES I WOULD BUY AGAIN.

These wheels feel strong in its material. Unfortunately, the 4-1/2 inches one doesn't fit my Ryobi angle grinder with the safety guard on. I won't compromise safety by grinding without the safety guard. Returned.

I used a small sledgehammer to knock the corner off the slab and then started to grind down the concrete edge using a dry DEWALT masonry wheel (ASIN:B00002246J). The masonry wheel worked very well on the cement and fines but was very slow going on the gravel and larger aggregate. Each masonry wheel wore out after removing just a couple of cubic inches of concrete. I then switched to using the 4-1/2 Inch double row grinding wheel from this set. I ran a drinking-straw-sized stream of water from a hose onto the work area for cooling and lubrication. This diamond wheel cuts 5-10 times faster than the DEWALT masonry wheel. This was a game-changer for me. Definitely recommended!

Only used the one wheel but it worked great. Was fairly worn out after using it to grind thinset in a 5x5 room.

First of all there very small very small and the fact there a cup design is important specifically if you buying the dust shroud on Amazon as when both fitted the grinder disc doesn’t really come out far enough from the shroud face enough to skim the surface your planning on skimming the don’t seem to be enough of a cup to do this without allot of spacing avoid or measure feta bigger or deeper cup to do the job intended if using with a shroud

had a concrete slab with hardened adhesive on it. tried other approaches with no luck. the slab is eight feet by 20 feet. I had it smooth and cleaned in a easy day. put the water to the surface and run the wheels over it. repeating this as it dried up. keep them constantly moving.
