I used these to grind old cloth headliner material off of a fiberglass interior roof of a sailboat. They work good for me as long as I didn’t put too much pressure. They did not dig into the fiberglass but they did remove the hard to get off sticky headliner material quite well. I can see with more pressure that they would work out great for removing paint or anything off of a hard surface. I will be purchasing them again for other projects. They are of good quality.

I used them on my rusty bumper. Took off a good amount of rust and paint. I used two discs on the bumper so they are very durable. A good price for the probuct

Fantastic disks at removing paint and rust from metal without heating up and distorting the metal. Used them to strip old finish off of wood and it didn’t remove wood like a flap disk does. Stock up on a couple different grits

Worked well to strip paint off a trailer. Compared to ones purchased at harbor freight these seemed to erode faster. That said, would recommend for the cost and overall performance.

Worked for my use in stripping metal parts; but didn’t hold up as long as I imagined they would. Used several for one project.

I used them to strip this oil drum. They work well but dissolve fast. But the finish is great.

Have 32 lengths of reclaimed Victorian cast iron guttering to strip for a renovation project. Have tried wire wool and also hired a needle scaler to get the lumps off. These are the best of all though, and strip the paint and rust off really well, and quickly - without damaging the underlying surface.They are not too noisy, but it is still worth using ear defenders. Do use a mask though as so much is stripped that it goes everywhere. A slight issue is durability - as they probably only do 2 or 3 lengths before they are shot, but then they are pretty cheap over all. If you are using the edge of the disc to get into a corner then they can wear out quicker, but the pack of ten should sort the entire job for me, which is well worth the cost. Because of their shape, they don't get everywhere, so there are bits that I will still have to tackle with wire brushes, but overall - these do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.
