This weighted blanket is more plush and softer than I expected. I bought the purple color as a gift for my mom who loves the color purple. She’s also prone to being cold often. It’s very elegant and no complaints about it being cold as she sits next to the window. Good quality and value. The packaging is good, too. It comes vacuum sealed in a box and zipped, cloth outer packaging. Well protected from moisture and shipping effects. I’m so pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

However, it's soft, looks same as pictured, provides a nice cozy comfort feel and promotes a restful sleep. Just wish it was 15 lbs not 13.9lbs.
