I have been learning how to bake. And I have been looking at mixers for a few months and they were big and they were bulky. But this stand mixer is just the right size. I made a cheesecake with it the first day I got it. Having this machine helped a lot. And it was easy to clean. And it wasn’t heavy. I could pick it up and move around and not break my back trying to do it.

I brought this for making biscuits. As I living it, I decided to check out the parts. I noticed one thing the splash guard will not stay on. So I ask questions and one customer replied. The problem is what she have said to keep the splash guard up I threw away thinking it was junk. Why this information was not in the description I have no ideal. I will be contacting the seller.

It looks like the picture, came packaged well, but I'm disappointed that you can only use the bowl it comes with, and that's a very small bowl so it makes the dough hook almost useless given that I doubt I'll even be able to make a single loaf recipe. I'll probably end up giving this mixer to my daughter and buying something else :-( once I try it out so I know it will at least work.

This is a small stand mixer with a little footprint and small bowl. This is not going to mix a large batch of anything however for a single person in an apartment with a tiny kitchen this is ideal. I have a standard kitchen aide and when my daughter borrowed it it took up her entire counter space. This is the perfect size for her daily use. When she wants to mix bigger batches of things for work or events she just does it by hand. But making a small batch of cookies, whisking eggs or making whipped cream this is exactly what she needed.We were really pleased with the range of attachments and the splash guard is so useful!

Not big enough for much and the cookie dough can only get 1 batch mixed at a time takes forever to mix

this stand mixer works very well. i've gotten a lot of mileage out of it already, comes with a bunch of different attachments and it's easy to use. used to make a lot of baked goods for christmas. mixes very well and smooth. it's very easy to clean everything too.
