It was a little difficult in correctly aligning the pieces under the desk but not impossible and it works as it should

Kevin: I had spare screws and installed it without issue. One issue that I would prefer: I would prefer a deeper mount. The reason is my Dell laptop nearly touches the top of the table under which I mounted it. With a bigger gap, I think that the heat would dissipate better. I have another Dell laptop on a dock with a fan to cool it. Otherwise, it clears up desk space and I have not had an issue with cords or leg room (my desk has adjustable height).
