How To Open VOX
First turn on the radio, the channel selector should be turned to channel 5. Then turn off the radio. Press the PTT button and the MONI button at the same time, do not release the buttons, and then turn on the power. Finally you can turn on VOX and free your hands for convenient communication.

My husband wanted some walkie talkies for our bug out bags. These walkie talkies are extremely compact and slim, making them super easy to carry around. The lightweight design is perfect, and the slim profile fits comfortably in your hand or pocket. Each device comes with a 1500mAh Li-ion battery, and the Type-C charging port makes recharging incredibly convenient. It only takes 3-5 hours to fully charge, and I’ve found the battery life to be fantastic—lasting around 8-12 hours depending on usage. These walkie talkies have great range! They reach up to 4 miles in open areas, which is perfect for what we are wanting for our use. The 16 channels and VOX functionality make it easy to find a clear frequency and communicate without interruptions. I also love the 0-9 level noise reduction feature, which helps cut down on background noise, and the busy channel lockout feature ensures I'm not talking over someone else. These are some pretty darn good walkies, we use them when we are doing service on irrigation systems and they work EXCELLENT! We walk between homes/buildings/trees ect and they are crystal clear, after 8 hours the batteries were still 3/4 of the way full. So with that said, we highly recommend these! Excellent for the price!!

Excellent and pretty great quality. Purchased to use for wife’s surgical recovery since we were floors apart and I needed to give guidance on meds, food, and care for her during a 2 week period.We love them so much that we still use them around the house!

Bought these for my grandsons for Christmas. They’re brothers but enjoy trekking through the wooded areas near my house. They are ages 11&12.They had the best time using them effortlessly. Great range, good battery life and even has a little flashlight. Very useful tool in the event of someone getting lost or hurt. Gave me a great sense of peace of mind. Strongly recommend!

Took them snowboarding with my group, very very durable after some tough spills. Distance in the woods isn’t what they claim it is. 7/10 would buy again.
