We purchased two sets of these walkie-talkies for a recent camping trip with multiple families. we have had previous sets of walkie-talkies in the past with less than stellar performance. I did significant research for these based on my past experiences.This set of walkie-talkies performed well and exceeded my expectations at this price point. Channel selection and syncing the Walkie-talkies was very easy in this model. There was good voice clarity well past 1/2 mile with multiple small buildings in the way. the kids age 5 through 12, were able to use these immediately without any issues. It is very intuitive for them.an added bonus was the dual charging cord to charge 2 at a time. The battery life was decent, the kids were able to use them all day before needing to be recharged.You do need to hold the voice button down for 1 to 2 seconds before you start the talk otherwise the beginning of your sentence gets chopped off. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Bought a set so that I can communicate with daughter at a school fair while she was with her friends. Clear sound, easy to use, works as it should. I really like how the housing is not too big and fat like other designs. This one is clean and sleek, minimalist design. I dropped it a few times too and still works. Great value for the money. I was considering buying a more expensive set, but glad I went with these and saved some money without compromising quality. These also come with rechargeable batteries, some other sets required purchasing rechargeable battery separately. The charging cable is nice too - it charges two units at a time, so as to not eat up another separate USB port.

I take these bad boys out when I do camping with my friends; they come in good handy when people are off on their own experiences but still want to stay in touch. I haven't managed to exceed the range yet but we never stary too far from each other. My only downside for these is that the mic and comms doesnt work with my earpiece for comms. I was hoping to use these in airsoft where they'd be really usefull in an outdoor game. I always bring friends which is why I like the four pack.

We've been testing these Walkie Talkies for about a week now.These came pre-charged. Small thing, but my potentially impatient children appreciated it. :)Walkie Talkies are very lightweight...which doesn't excite me simply because it makes them seem cheap...not necessarily true...just my perception, but my kids like that they are lightweight.Not a lot of buttons, so easy for children to use.Has a ringing/calling button ('MON') which we like.We tested the range. We live in the country with a mix of trees and open fields. We were able to go 1/2 mile with a forest in between. We each were in a house with closed windows and could hear each other almost perfectly.Then we went a mile apart with forest in between. In the open air we could hear each other pretty well, but once we went inside separate houses, we couldn't hear very well at all...spotty and static. If one of us was outside and one of us inside a house, we could hear OK.In my opinion, the biggest CONS are: Lightweight, clip is stationary and doesn't have a rocking clip action.PROS: We like the different colors for extra personalization, range seems pretty good, simple design for kids, ringing button, rechargeable...big plus. :)We were not able to see just how long the battery lasts. But we used them 30-60 mins every day for about 5 days and they still say they have lots of battery life left.

We purchased this 4-pack of walkie talkies for our kids to use when they're playing in the neighborhood with friends. We're replacing 2 older walkie talkies which worked well enough, but we wanted more than 2. I like that the pack includes multiple colors and that they're rechargeable, we were constantly going through batteries with our old ones. They're also easy to operate and seem durable. So far we've used them throughout our subdivision with no issues. Our old walkie talkies would get really staticky at the furthest house away in our sub, but these remain very clear at that distance. So far we're happy with this purchase, seems like a great value for 4 walkie talkies!

Bought these for the kids to use at camp because I was sick of going through mountains of batteries on our other walkie. They work ok and the battery life lasts forever. The kids have left on a couple tome overnight and can still use the next day. Downside is there is nowhere to attach a strap for the kids to carry so it can be hard to make sur the kids don't lose and we have lost 1 already. The buttons are easily pushed on accident and the power button if not held down when turning off starts scrolling through all the channels so we are sometimes having to fix this. Also they have a more limited range then our other ones and can get hard to understand if we are at opposite ends of camp. Lastly there appears to be a slight delay from when you push down the button to when your voice can be heard on the walkie. We have had to learn to push the button pause then talk to make sure all information is heard. Love that we don't have to change batteries all the time but these have their flaws as well.

The walkie talkies are so easy to use! The connectivity and range was great for our use on a flat camp ground. So worth the money! And easy to charge
