For the price these are great! Mainly use knipex but could not justify the price for the auto adjust feature since I already had a couple cobras of this size. This costs a little more than the crescent/gearwrench version but these function so much better!!! The locking mechanism is a little clunky but not a big deal. For the price it's crazy not to own one.

I have the Knipex and the auto-fit on this is very nice. The slider box that holds it shut doesn't work great, so it opens up on me more than I'd like (about 1 in 3 or 4 times). It isn't as rugged as the Knipex but it wouldn't be terrible if this was all I had. I like it well enough I bought some for family (albeit on sale).The Knipex plastic grip covers will fit, and 1 side will stay attached. The other will not when put into and out of a pouch but it is a nice bonus.I only give it 4 stars because the hold-closed is fiddly and it is lighter weight, but the auto adjust works well so maybe 4.49 stars?

Wasn’t expecting this to be so good . Built for speed . Maybe not quite as durable as knipex .
