This woodstove fan is amazing! It performs exactly as advertised. It is designed and built top notch. Weight well balanced for stability. VERY quiet and moves heat very well. No assembly required, works right out of the box. My woodstove is my heat source in my basement and this fan moves the air to all areas. Just place the fan on the stove and when the temperature is high enough the fan turns on ( no electrical connection needed ). Overnight if the stove dies down the fan automatically turns off. I feel like this fan is part of the stove and not just an accessory. GREAT PRODUCT !!

Nice piece of engineering, working only with the power provided from heat. Very cool piece. Thays also functional. Very cool . Thermostat is also accurate. I have it side by side with my old one. Both read the same temp. Good product

Simple concept. Works very well with my Portable Buddy propane heater. Essentially noiseless operation. Great job of re-directing heat. I have the thermometer mounted on the grill that covers the ceramic tile heating element. I don't know how accurate it is, but if I run the heater on high (or anywhere between lo and high), it registers as "too hot". That would be my only complaint....but I generally run mine on low so it's not a big issue for me. This fan does what it's supposed to do.

Fan turns a little slow, but does circulate the warm air in the room.I used this fan to circulate warm air in the room.Very quiet.

These fans work great on the Portable Mr Buddy Heater. I have one that I use in my hunting blind and recently bought another one due to a power outage during an ice storm. Of course I had to have a second fan. The first one mounts via a spring type stiff wire, but second via an aluminum plate that hangs on to the grill and the fan simply sits on it. Much easier to use. They actually increase the heat out to the front quite well and keep the air circulating. Highly Recommend for use with the Mr Buddy Heater, but I'm sure would work great with any wood burning stove as well.

I bought two of these. Gave one to my neighbor and it works fine as it should and the other (mine) died in less than two weeks. I couldn't return it because I got pissed and stomped it into the ground. It's been five weeks and my neighbor's is still going strong and he loves it. Since I stomped mine into the ground, I couldn't return it. CanMine Direct(who sold this Jossacolar fan) reached out to me and offered to refund me for the awful experience and also offered to send me a new version when they come in. I was shocked that they did this and am impressed that a company would stand so firmly by their products. Obviously you are very safe doing business with CanMine Direct and I applaud that they value the customers experience and happiness over profit. They did refund me!! WELL DONE!!!! New update on CanMine and their fan. CanMine sent me a new fan and base over two weeks ago. The base is a terrific addition to the fan because it makes it easier to place fan on heater, makes it level, and seems to dissipate the heat better. The weather here has been 12 degrees for lows and 24 degrees for highs. I live in a 5th wheel so heating is an issue since my built-in heater no longer works. My house shoes were actually frozen solid to the floor the first day. I now rely on a Mr. Heater Buddy and this fan/base combo. I decided to give it the full blown test and run it for a week. It has performed spectacularly with no issues at all. The fan base makes it super simple to place and adjust fan for different directions and makes the fan level instead of pointing downward. The base also makes the heat coming from the heater itself stable. I have seen fans like this fail because of too much heat from heater hitting the bottom of the fan. You can place the temperature probe flat right behind the fan on the base and get an accurate reading. My temps stay around 550 degrees. If you bump fan hard, it will just shift or fall over without bending the blades which is another plus. The older version was locked into place so the fan could bend or be damaged from force. The fan pushes massive amounts of heat around the room so everything is toasty. You do have to give the propane heat a break occasionally to get rid of the moisture buildup on the RV windows. Overall, CanMine has stepped up and made a horrible experience with the original fan into a spectacular and solid experience...WELL DONE CanMine and Thank You for a great product!

I recently purchased a wood stove fan for my Buddy Heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance! It’s such a game-changer in improving heat circulation. I love how it’s powered by the heat from the heater, so there’s no need for batteries or electricity. My older fan quit (fixed now) and I needed an affordable replacement so I got this one. It works very well! Sits lower than my bigger Ecofans and is a perfect size for my fireplace insert stove. I don't think you'll be disappointed by this fan. Will it drive the heat throughout an enormous room in an older home with really high ceilings? Maybe not ... but few of these fans will do that, as the heat rises and dissipates. But for most home types, it should give good results.

El paquete llegó en perfecto estado, (además del buen servicio de la compañÃa de mensajerÃa FEDEX). El ventilador funciona de maravilla, se percibe el calor esparcido al menos unos 1. 20 mts. de distancia. Comenzó a operar entre el lÃmite de la zona amarilla y la naranja que muestra el termómetro. (150 C) fue subiendo y se sostuvo a los 300 C ya en posición MD del "Mr Heater", casi en el lÃmite entre la zona naranja (recomendada) y la zona roja. El sonido emitido por las aspas es mÃnimo.Muy buen servicio y producto.

This fan really makes a big difference in heating the area better than just the heater. At first I thought the attachment to hold the fan was a bit flimsy, but it held up well after a weekend of moving the fan and heater together several times. Several friends saw it and really liked it and have or will be ordering.
