Includes one V333 push button door latch, one V1020 pneumatic door closer, and one FJBWH Florida door jamb bracket. Use a single pneumatic closer for light to medium weighted doors or paired (one on top and one at the bottom) for heavier storm and screen doors. The door latch features “No Lock Out” technology, eliminating the worry of accidentally locking yourself out. By using air within the pneumatic tube to cushion the force of the door, it prevents it from slamming and preserves the life of the closer, the door and the door frame. All installation hardware is included. Door latch, pneumatic tube and door jamb attachments come in a high-quality finish to blend in perfectly with the door and frame.

This is an easy kit to install. Especially if it’s replacing existing hardware. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the locking mechanism and handle are a bit on the cheaply constructed side. It doesn’t have a spring loaded latch bar to secure the latch itself. Just a cheap aluminum plate and it wouldn’r work with the existing spring latch. Beyond that i’ve no complaints. It closes the door and secures it properly. Note to people unaware of how to install the handle. The metal shaft that passes through the door that the push button uses to open the latch will probably need to be cut. There are several scores on the long plate where you simply use two pairs of pliers and break the plate down to the proper size so the latch screws together properly and the buttons will function correctly.

Part of the closer mechanism broke on a lanai door. I found the part that broke for $10 so I figured I would just update the whole thing for only a little more money. It took less than 30 minutes to change everything out and it works great. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Twenty year old screen door was looking it's age, faded and cracked and not working consistently well.This kit has EVERYTHING I needed to make it work like new and look like a much newer door.1/2 an hour and BAM! it's all good.YMMV

Bought the Wright Lanai Corrosion Resistant Storm and Screen Door Kit to replace old hardware on my South Florida Pool Deck Aluminum Screen Door.Overall, I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of this kit. My old hardware used stainless bit and pieces and was a bit more substantial. Unfortunately, the decal was missing so I don't know who made it other than it was made in Taiwan, which I feel is usually of better quality than many Chinese products like this new kit.Not all of the mounting holes lined up which is to be expected with a different brand. However, the three 3/8" holes for the handle on the vertical 2-inch-wide stile of my door did not line up at all and it was not possible to drill new holes so the latch would work with my aluminum door. Make sure your door frame is wide enough to work.

Replaced old one on screen lanai door. Nice smooth closing and looks good. Quality product. Read instructions well and take CORRECT MEASUREMENTS. Might not be simple swap out with old one. Especially if last one appears to have been installed on a door that was no where near level and pitched in wrong I had to correct door position so this would work correctly.
