Good morning All. This umbrella is wonderful and sturdy and quite large. I initially bought two one for the front porch and one for the back porch but that beast was so big it would not fit on the back porch I love how easy it is to assemble. Of course neighbors are asking where did you get that from it’s really nice. Really a great purchase

Very well made. Tilt and crank work great. Fast shipment. Well worth the money. The company is fantastic.I got the umbrella and installed it within 15 minutes. Loving the shade.5 days after installing, I had a rain storm come up and I left it open. Long story short, it flew off the deck and bent one of the ribs. I contacted the company to see if I could get a new rib. They sent me a new umbrella.Companies don't do that now a days.

Easy to put together and looks great. The top umbrella itself is really nice and sturdy but the bottom pole that attaches to the base feels flimsy and does not sit straight and vertical. You have to move it by the base and not by the pole or it will come detached. Tilts just enough to provide some coverage for our west-facing patio. Blows over if tilted -obviously- but I've just gotten in the habit of taking the umbrella part off and storing it when a monsoon rolls through (we live in AZ). It's a bargain!

I purchased this umbrella along with a base, and both were very easy for this middle aged woman to assemble on her own. I love the red color! It is sturdy and winds up and down easily and smoothly. I'm not quite tall enough (5'7") to reach over the table to get to the button to tilt it, so I do need to stand on a chair. That may be the same issue with any umbrella. The "up" and "down" arrows on the handle are reversed, but that is not an issue for me. I've had this for about a month, and I am very happy with it.Update - I've had this umbrella for a little less than a year. I had it on my patio for most of last summer. I brought it inside during bad weather. I opened it and used it 8-10 times, always closing it up after use. I stored it indoors, inside it's box all winter. My point is that I took good care of it, hoping it would last a while. I just took it out again a couple of weeks ago and put it up. Within about an hour's time it broke. The part that keeps it from tilting snapped. I contacted the company via Amazon to see if I could get a replacement part, as the rest of the umbrella is fine, and I really like it. That was a week ago and I have received no answer, so I will clearly need to purchase something new. The umbrella is completely unusable as is. Very disappointing. Seems it should last a lot longer than that. I've changed my rating from 5 stars to 1.

A great value. The umbrella material is a bit flimsy compared to other brands but holds up very well in rain and wind. The crank handle for opening and closing works smoothly and it comes with a sturdy, decorative base. Highly recommend.

This product is an umbrella and the stand. Great price, but they did not ship together so I was concerned and wrote the seller who promptly sent another stand. Great customer service and the umbrella is great, easy to set up and crank open. Wonderful experience all around!

Now that I have read other reviews, I know I need sand bags to hold the umbrella steadier. It has blown over twice while unfurled and once while lowered and tied. Fortunately the struts were not damaged. Ruined several plants when it crashed on them as well as broke a hanging light feature when the closed umbrella fell on it. The crank is in an awkward position. You have to duck under the partially opened umbrella to finish opening it completely. Both my 6 ft. tall husband and my short 5'4" self have difficulty opening and closing without getting enveloped in the material. I am currently watching it move around in a light breeze. Would definitely not recommend in windy environments. Maybe it would work more securely in an outdoor table with an umbrella hole. Freestanding is not sturdy at all. Update Aug. 12 2021: the apparently inevitable happened. We returned after a brief drive to the market to find the umbrella, out of base, upside down on deck. This time a strut broke. We put it back up to see what had happened. It appeared one brace broke off completely. We secured it very tightly. I came inside to take photos to have it lift off again with me standing under it. The brace that was broken stabbed through the fabric. The cuff at the bottom blew away (later found). I watched it literally rise up out of the secured base. Barest of wind gust. So...contacted seller, they were apologetic and requested photos of damage. I sent them. They sent me a parts list and I selected 3 out of 4 and they are sending them to me. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this seller. Hope to get the parts soon. Will update if issues contine.
