Perfect weight for an adult that doesn’t want to feel restricted but have heavier than normal blanket. I put on top of my quilt. Heavy enough to give comfort to my Grandson that likes to cocoon himself to sleep.

I can’t tell if I should have bought something lighter or heavier but overall I’m pleased with my first weighted blanket. I bought a queen size and I wish it was a bit bigger, would have bought a kind size had i known but it feels cozy and definitely doesn’t get too hot although you’re going to be warm from an extra blanket no matter what.

i was suuuper pleased with this blanket when it first arrived; soft, nice weight, felt very well put together. however not even after 2 weeks of having it beads started leaking out - and they are super small so i had no way of telling where the hole was. the slightest snag will get you a bed full of plastic beads - so just beware!
