404 Reel Comes with Built-in Bite Alert
Built-in Bite Alert technology lets you know a fish is on the line using audio and visual indicators to alert anglers of activity below the water. Bite Alert can be switched on or off and the sensitivity can also be adjusted to match fishing conditions.

Meant for right-handed anglers, this reel has the retrieve on the right side. This reel provides an easy and individualized fishing experience.
Stainless Steel Pick-up Pin
Stainless steel is a hard material that does not wear over time and is corrosion resistant, making it the perfect material for pick-up pins. A softer material has the potential to develop a groove in the pin, which cuts the line.

I’ve used Zebco reels all my life and found them to be very reliable and easy to fish with. I bought the #33 and the #404. My wife used the #404 and caught several fish on our last trip to the lake. She was happy which made me happy too.

This is a gift for my wife who I just discovered, after 40yrs, loves to fish.I’d love to get her fly fishing but these will do for now. One biggish combo for when we hit the lakes and one smaller combo for the creeks and rivers.I’m sure she’ll love them.Spin cast reels for simple operation and sturdy but flexible rods to handle whatever she hooks up.

Love them. Works great, durable rod and reel. No tangles easy to put line on. Light weight but holds big fish no problem. Easy to take apart.

First off, understand these are good starter rods. I have 2 young sons that had a blast with these. Cast just fine with enough weight on the line. For under 20 bucks a rod how can you miss? I've seen many nice fish caught on cheap ol' but reliable rods. Still a good brand.
