Replaced my old traditional brush and should have done it sooner. Love that it comes clean as a whistle in the dishwasher. Comes completely apart and easy to reassemble.

Zyliss is such a good quality for all these type of utensils. I started out with a can opener 4 years ago and it still is in like new condition after been used every day. I was hoping to find one of these brushes a long time ago but didnt like store options and kept forgetting it only to get reminded when it was time to use the bbq sauce at my friends get together bbq meetings. Now its so easy all the prep and I can be done in a couple of minutes with over 10 pounds of ribs.

Outside brush cones off. (Inside is attached waffle pad). Great and easy to clean because of this.

This silicone pastry brush is far better than any other I've seen or owned- both silicone and traditional bristle. The "bristles" are more delicate and do a better job of spreading melted butter or egg wash onto dough. I also like how easy it is to clean since there is no metal band to trap greasy residue. You won't regret adding this to your kitchen tools.

The brush is angled conveniently for brushing or basting. The brushes are thick for coating. This brush is a great tool to have for basting anything.

This brush will baste meat , or vegetables with ease. Picks up all the sauce and coats your food evenly.For myself, I would not use it in baking. It is too rough when used with pastry or cakes. I bake a lot, the only baking item i would use it on is cookies, if they are not fragile ones. On pastry it indents the items, I am really fussy about my baked goods. If it were made in a smaller configuration, it would probably work. But here BBQ is king...

Great basting brush!! I used use the brushes you get in grocery stores....this is so much better. The brush picks up the sauce and evenly spreads over the meet...is so easy to clean!! Great tool for any kitchen.
