I am using this to steam silk hand painted scarves. It works well. The system is perfect for doing one or two scarves at a time. The pan plate helps with preventing water splash and directs the steam proper for what I use it for. I like the handles and they are holding up well. Silicone screens also help with steam dispersion. so far it's been a good product for my use. Shipped in a sturdy box and arrived quickly

My old steamer setup was hoodrat. I used collapsible metal style for vegetables.dumpling/bao id get creative with pots inside pots to steam.I eat this stuff 1-2 times weekly i finally invested in cooking it properly. Man its a game changerWhy haven't i bought one sooner?

Very sturdy and large enough to cook for the family of 4 or 5. Love this steamer. However, wish could cost less because I do not use the accessories which came together, instead could buy separately for people who wants.

The interior measurement of each layer is shorter than 3â€, our 2.75†bowls could barely fit. If you add a little extra food in the bowl, the lid doesn't close properly. The quality is not bad, it's just we expected to have a little more room.Update:The customer service is very helpful and offered a refund.
