Ordered July 9th and didn’t receive for almost a month and return time was up august 19th. These mats can only be used in one direction, long side along long side. Connecting cords are too short for any other use.

Picked these up for my mom’s house to cut down on the shoveling and they are fantastic! They work great/ easy to install - highly recommend! Also we live in Syracuse,NY and they have easily melted ALL of the snow on her steps from our first big snowstorm- steps are clear and dry!

We have not had to snow shovel the stairs all winter. Very nice!! These are a little slippery but would be more just not to have to shovel. It kept up with the snow fall and I could sit and drink my coffee while all the neighbors were out shoveling. I bought the 3 pack wishing I had the foresight to use on all 5 stairs. Without a doubt I would recommend these! Delivery time did take a while so plan ahead.
