It is very well put together not too dense or too loose. It's pressed perfectly and swells to about 1.5 making it fit most seedling trays. Sent in a box secured inside of another package to avoid contamination during delivery.

Not worth loosing almost 300 in plants. I’m pissed. Don’t waste yall time in these. Nothing like the description- too thick like rubber to where roots don’t take to them. Absolutely waste of time

Very small - I thought they would be like the Root Riot plugs BUT THEY ARE NOT.Ender up buying Root Riot instead and probably wont use these.

I like not having to mess with regular potting material at least to get started. I've only started 4 so far and they all sprouted quickly and are looking healthy so far. I will be starting other seeds when it is time for them and hope they all do as well.

These starter sponges are great! I used 12 and all 12 seeds germinated and the plants are healthy and ready for transplanting. They hold quite a bit of water and stay moist.

This pack of 50 seedling pods are absolutely fantastic. The peat moss is quality and very spongy. Once they are soaked in water for a few minutes they the perfect size and density for planting. They are very porous so that oxygen will be readily flowing. They also come with a slit for a seed opening. So great that this saves a step and a mess. My wife just planted her first seeds of the season today and she feels that these black cubes will greatly increase her yield verses other ones that she has tried. It looks like they will be super easy to transplant into a larger pot once the seeds take root. We will be sure to update the review if we have further thoughts but so far we think these seedling pods are great and would highly recommend them!

They don't hold the cutting well. The premade holes are to wide and not deep enough. Try to make it work and they crumble.
