They are certainly well made. I haven't pounded them in to wood ends yet. I'm a little nervous they might bend.

My husband knows that I like birds, so he bought these as a gift and put them on the wooden fence posts up by the house running beside the lane. They're really cute and are actually life-size. They add a nice touch to our farmhouse, and I enjoy them. They seem very sturdy and should last a long while.

Nice addition to a garden gate or fence post. Birds are attractive and good quality but are suitable for small gardens as they are slightly bigger than a finch.

We put them on a gate at the entrance to our farm. We sealed them with clear to protect them more. But are very pleased with them.
