This is well worth the purchase to save your head or hair. With this purchase, it included two nice, sturdy welding caps. The material is a canvas-like material which can stand up to the sparks or if grinding, metal that flys while working. The only con with the caps to me, is the ties are a little thick. By the material being kind of stiff and thick ; the straps to tie the cap makes it difficult to tie the straps tight. I think if they were to make the straps a little thinner, it would make it easier to tie and hold better. Beyond that small issue, this is a good buy for $20 at time of posting for two caps.

Another affordable and quality ArcCaptain product! I normally wear a welding cap but have difficulty acquiring one that fits my ginormous head. When I came across these in a dedicated XL size I had to try. To my surprise, these fit extremely well with room to spare. Being multilayered these are not too thick or too thin. They are very comfortable and do not get too hot. What I appreciate about this welding cap is that it can be easily washed, unlike the billed ball caps. Overall I am quite impressed with these given the low price. I don't know how fire-resistant these are as I have not had an incident yet while wearing them. I will update you if I have any future issues. Easy to recommend these!

So far, so good. These are very durable caps and have held up wonderfully in the washing machine. They get daily 10-hour use and stay comfortable all day long. The thickness is just right, keeps my head warm but cool enough at the same time. The fit is great and they as functional as described. Great value for the money.

I really like this welders cap, it's wonderful to have the adjust ties on the back as I wear a 7 5/8 and many large sized caps do not fit well. This cap, with it's adjustability fit me perfectly and the shape/contour of the cap was very comfortable. The cap fit my cranium perfectly, didn't wrinkle up and leave ridges for the helmet liner to catch.The material was also pretty soft and not overly thick, meaning it will protect nicely but also not become overly warm in the Summer months.Some of the caps I have do not fit well due to the cut/design of the pattern, but this cap is dead-on perfect.I think after a few washings it will only become more and more comfortable.It's now atop my argon bottle, which is a place of honor in my little shop. LOL!

These are great to have to keep your head and hair safe while welding! I like that I got a two pack so that I could have one, and give one to my husband! We are taking a welding class, and these just help to make us feel more protected!They look to be well made, and they are comfortable to wear. It's only a little big on me, but when I tie the straps it stays on well enough! My husband likes how light they feel while wearing and barely notices it under his welding helmet. Such a great product!
