I've never changed a bike brake cable in my life. This did not contain instructions however. So buying this product and using online videos I taught myself. What I learned is that the quality of this product was better than the OEM brake cable on my son's BMX bike, and that it wasn't as difficult of a task as I imagined. The price is unbeatable. Find a good quality instructional video and this product and you will be on your way.
