Just what the Dr. ordered , only I am not a Dr. ! This pillow is amazing . When I first opened the package I felt it and thought "Well, this is going back" because it felt too firm but after actually trying it, I ordered another one so I am not carrying it room to room. It is surprisingly comfortable and the support is making a big difference. No more ibuprofen or cane that I had to use intermittently.

I started working hybrid last year and have had zero pain until recently, I started have major sciatic pain and neck pain. I have a standup desk, but I don't plan on standing my entire shift and my Serta chair has week back/neck support. I decided that I should look for a lumbar pillow or coccyx pillow to help with the pain, if if only a little, so I got this pillow. It has helped so much with correcting my posture and helped my pain go away! It is a little pricey compared to other lumbar pillow sets, but it's well worth the money, in my opinion, and I hope go eventually get the coccyx pillow as well. I also appreciate the strap that ties it around my chair because that baby does not move. I'm including pictures and sorry, this chair is less than a year old, but I have cats :D

I absolutely LOVE this back cushion!! It's perfectly dense and hard, great for supporting your spine. I love using it against my back in bed, and for the first time, it feels really comfortable when I sit up in bed. I have a spinal curvature, bulging and herniated discs, annular tears, muscle spasticity, fibromyalgia and M.E./chronic fatigue syndrome. My back is jacked up, extremely tense, and I have full-body chronic pain. So I'm very picky with products that have to do with comfort and wellness. And this cushion is so awesome!I can tell that this cushion is appropriate for larger people and not just petite women like me ( I'm 5'1"). It's very lightweight but sturdy, and easy to carry around. Personally, I'd like if that opening in the middle was less open, but I don't have any big complaints. It's very effective, and a million times better than a regular pillow or memory foam cushion. It smells funny when you first get it, but that completely goes away. It's fantastic! LOVE!♡Update: The price has more than doubled in the past 2 years! This item is so overpriced now that it's ridiculous. I have to decide whether to repurchase it since I had to leave behind most of my belongings in my recent move. I'm not sure it's worth that much money now. $28 to $66 is just too big a jump. The quality is pretty good, but damn, not THAT good. Too bad.Update: I took the leap anyway. But the inside material feels different, like it's less firm than it used to be. I liked it better when it was really firm and less memory foam-like.

I don't normally buy a back cushion but my current chair doesn't have much padding. This is a unique back cushion, it is a different shape and holds you out a bit. I feel like I sit up a bit straighter with this cushion behind me. It is soft and sturdy and easy to move up an down with the strap. I would say you have to try this one to see if you like it. I like the back cushion but like I said it is a little different than most.

This provides great lumbar support and better posture, all while staying in place and being comfortable. It's much larger than most lumbar cushions and this provides better coverage--your entire back is covered! Pairs perfectly with the Cushion Lab seat cushion. Both are worth every penny!

Extremely comfy and stays in place on the chair. Costs more than some of the other options on Amazon but the extra cost is well worth it.

Comfy and supportive. Dense is the right word. If you’re looking for something to sink into, this isn’t it. More stylish than most lumbar chair cushions. Doesn’t always stay up on my office chair at work but it could be that it’s just not the right chair for it. Slides down from time to time. Love that the strap is adjustable. Cover is removable for cleaning.

Before I got this one, I tried few other popular lumbar supports on Amazon, nothing worked for me. Other lumbar pillows were all uncomfortable for it was too soft to support my back. This one is amazing, but if you are looking for something that is soft and comfortable, don't get this one. This is very firm and supportive. It feels like it also corrects my posture. I will give it a 5 star!

I bought a Secretlabs chair and also bought this, and their seat cushion - it's changed my world. I have 3 other back cushions - and this is by far the best. If you have back trouble - I recommend this. Bought with their seat cushion - it has changed my life.
