I read a review which said the plyers were loose and rough. The one I received was very well made. It's a little stiff in some positions, but that's expected from a new tool. It appears the jaws were dipped in boiled linseed oil and that may contribute to a little stiffness, but that's a classic method of protecting carbon steel. Farmers and blacksmiths coated their tools in BLO and that's why we still have tools around that were used hundreds of years ago. This is a great little tool for a small tool set or for EDC AND its made in the USA! Mine is going into my Fix-it-Stix kit!

My husband was gifted a well-used pair of these around 20 years or more ago. He would not depart from them, so I decided to add a pair to my toolbox after seeing how much he used them. They have been so handy. If you are looking for a great small pair of channel locks these are for you! So many uses!

There are so many uses for these small channel-lock plyers; I just replaced three watch batteries in some Timex watches. I bought the Back-side removal tool on Amazon, the tool for Timex watches, and have no regrets, it prevented damaging a knife or small screwdriver. These small plyers were used to press the backside of each watch back on. I carry this tool with me and find it as handy as a pocket on a Tee-shirt. Quality tool!

This is a light duty tool. They’re small and if you use them for light duty stuff, they won't break, so don’t think they’re as strong as larger ones. Also, adjustability is a bit tight but they still have their lightweight uses.

I've always wanted one of these for my electronics tool bag. I'm retired from 30+ years of installing and servicing high end medical diagnostic imaging equipment for Siemens. Now, I finally get my pliers after I start pursuing a hobby in 1/10th scale RC car/truck building, off roading, rock crawling!!!

Gostei do alÃcate esta marca americana da channellock fábrica bons alÃcates para hidráulica e canalizador ,os acabamentos podiam um pouco mais caprichados mas pelo preço de 20€ não se pode pedir mais por isso retirei uma estrela , pois penso que a channellock podia fazer melhor nos acabamentos dos seus alÃcates podiam estar mais polidos com um acabamento mais refinado.

Comprei esse alicate porque sou fã das ferramentas Channellock, porém, quando o recebi, notei que é bastante frágil (não demonstra a mesma robustez dos outros alicates da marca).Comparando este alicate à chave de aperto Knipex 86 03 125 (a qual já possuo), é nÃtida a diferença de construção entre ambos, ou seja, a Knipex é infinitamente mais sólida. Por isso, devolvi este alicate para comprar outro Channellock que seja mais resistente.NOTA: li diversos relatos de outros compradores que tiveram problemas com o Channellock 424 (o alicate quebra no entorno do rebite).

Das ist die einzige brauchbare Wassepumpenzange die Verstellzahnung ist wie ein Sägezahn hinterschliffen, je grösser die Belastung desto mehr zieht sich die Zahnung zusammen. Keine Last auf der Scharnierniete. Kein Finger einklemmenðŸ‘ðŸ¿
