Step 1
Loosen the screw on the handle and remove the wire from the hole at both parts.
Step 2
Insert one end of the cheese slicer wire into the groove of the cutting handle.
Step 3
Put one side of the wire into the hole of bottom surface first; put the other side of wire into the hole of handle and screw the handle with wire tightly to complete the installation
Step 4
If the cutting is not smooth after installation the new wire, then you can hold the edge line and adjust the right side

This cheese cutter is very basic (no marble base, no blade) but very efficient to cut or slice variety of other things like butter, beet, boiled eggs, etc. This cutter using wire to slice / cut therefore no sharpening required, and it comes with several spare wires. The base is food-grade stainless steel and equipped with grid-lines that allows to adjust the slices to desired thickness.Despite it is easy to slice, the cleaning is a bit challenging. The base has several sharp corners and edges that can easily cut in to the skin. The wires itself also should be handled with cautious when cleaning.

I like that this cheese slicer slices evenly and uniformly.It's easy to clean but be careful, the edges on the bottom can be a bit sharp. I wash mine by hand so I have to be careful I don't cut my fingers while washing this part.It's nice that it comes with several extra wire cutters in case one breaks. It should last a long time with these.The grid pattern on the base will help with cutting uniformly.
