Product connect perfectly with Cisco but does not pair with Teams. At times the sound is muffled

The serial number on the headset did not match the serial number on the box. Could not get it to work. Called Cisco tech support and they are the ones that told me this was a counterfeit product.

I work from home but my company will only provide a corded headset. The freedom of not being “tied†to my desk is wonderful! Works great and super easy to hook up totally worth the money

I have been using this headset for almost 9 months and not excessively. The microphone has stopped working suddenly. Trying to get help to fix it or even discuss the 1 yr limited warranty is next to impossible.
