I had to position it just right before tightening because of tight tolerances on sizing, but it worked like a charm.First try, it grinded a bit against the inner wall of chamber, but after proper repositioning, it was Nice and quiet replacement for the HC21ZE123A inducer.As a bonus, it came with the fiberglass gasket, nice!Also, thanks for the suprisingly fast shipping, very happy overall.Will try to update this if problems arise.

The only thing I had to change is adjust the depth of the fan. It was rubbing against the plate and extending the fan blades fixed it. It’s nice and quiet. So far so good.

perfect replacement for carrier 80% efficient STA90X based furnace!Tools that will help you a ton: hex key set. u need it to set the set screw for the wheel. don't drop the wheel all the way to the base...it will be too tight to spin. install wheel similar to where old wheel was installed on the old motor.otherwise, remove 3 bolts, install/glue the seal to the furnce, install 3 bolts...done. u might need to move some other parts in the furnace to get to the bolts...but, nothing too crazy.

The unit makes a clicking sound for a second on every startup. There is no support to contact this companyEdit: the sound has stopped after a day or so. Hopefully no more issuesAfter 10 days now louder will probably returnUpdate: It's loud compared to the original. The problem is I can't return it now because it has been below freezing and now 1 degrees outside. I have only 1 week left to return. Hopefully when I can get a new one I can somehow return this or lose $150How can I get a refund

Blower is compatible with carrier furnace but I have to remove swap the mounting bracket. But unit is working.
