The unit lines up well, no hole position issues.The instructions are adequate, though not extremely detailed.I do not like the way the ends face off on the seam sealer ribbons. I am concerned regarding the unit remaining securely attached.I considered stacking washers between the hitch and the bumper mount, but they also impinged on the sealing ribbon.It appears as though there is no readily viable alternative. I considered removing the sealing ribbon in this area, but opted not to do this.The retrieval loop appears to be the prime support element, and it appears adequate. This given, time will tell regarding my concern.It fits well under the rear valance, and is fully concealed with the exception of the hitch ball tube and chain loops, which must be exposed.Overall I recommend this hitch over a competitive unit that recommends trimming the valance and deleting one trim panel.Everything that is removed for installation goes back in the original position with no alterations to the vehicle.

We got this to attach a bike rack and cargo basket. It was very easy to install, just needed the move the muffler (easy to take off, no added tools needed) and bolt this one on. Seems very sturdy, the tongue weight is pretty good for the size of the vehicle. No complaints honestly, definitely recommend.

The trailer hitch fits onto my Hyundai Venue. I had a trailer hitch guy install it.The wiring for the lights from the vehicle is somewhat screwy as there’s no place designated for the female connection.
