Love using this pillow for my back on long days sitting at the dining room table doing work. I do all of my work from my table such as: computer/tablet work, sewing, marketplace sales, writing my recipes, and much more. I do sit there for extended periods of time and the thickness of this back support is excellent. It works really great in giving me that comfort I need because trust me these chairs are not very comfortable on the back. Anyone can use them because they can be added to any chair or car seat to create the more luxurious seat you can imagine. You can adjust them any way you want with the adjusting the back of it where the snap snaps it onto the seat. Looks very clean too.

So far this has lived up to its advertisement. Helps with the lower back and better posture. I only wish there were two straps to keep it from flopping over.

This pillow is great quality and has good support for your back. I like the band that holds it into place in an office chair. It is attached to the pillow with Velcro, so it can be removed if using places other than a chair. I tried using it on my sofa. Even though, it had great support, it was a bit thick for my sofa. It would be great for deep sofas.

I got this for my office chair because it's very uncomfortable and I have a herniated disc in my back which makes it very uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time. This lumbar pillow supports my back and spine properly and was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this product because of the comfort level and the great price!
