Got this for my 40th Anniversary Squier Jazz Bass. The stock anodized aluminum gold pickguard was cool and all, but I thought I'd tone it down a bit with a black one. But not just any black pickguard... A COOL ONE!

Have been disappointed by Asian manufacturers selling guitar and bass parts on Amazon. This time the quality, the fit and finish was really good. The screw holes on my Squire Jazz bass pick guard were just a hair off, but not enough to have to file it to fit. Overall am very pleased with this set and will buy again if I ever get another black bass.

Changed the character of my fender Mexican Jazz. the white pick guard is so disonnant with the sunburst colors. but the Dopro plate gives it character!
