I don’t normally come back and write reviews, but for this bike, I felt it deserved it. I bought this for my 13-year-old son as he was wanting something that was more like a mountain bike, but thought the idea of the pedal assist would be fun. This bike exceeds all expectations. It was very easy to put together. It came with everything I needed. In fact, my 13-year-old pretty much put the whole thing together by himself with little assistance. This bike is very durable, very functional and has great power. The headlight is extremely bright for riding at night time. I would absolutely buy this bike again! In fact, I may be getting myself one so that we can go riding together. He gets compliments on it when he rides it and some other parents at the bus stop have asked more information about it, and I think we are going to order this bike for their sons as well. It charges relatively quickly and hold a charge really well. I love the fact that compared to most electric bikes, if his charge runs out while he’s out and about, he can still ride the bike normally as if you were riding just a regular mountain bike with the gearshift. Highly recommend!! 10/10!!

Works as advertised and a pretty good value for the price. The battery life is sufficient and charges quick, more importantly, it’s built in so it won’t get stolen without taking the whole bike like other pop off batteries. Gear changer works great, solid frame, nice quick release wheels and seat post. Brakes are the cheapest available but with some fine tuning(front especially), are working great. Excellent packing and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery required a signature which was kind of a hassle waiting around, but probably why Fedx took such good care while shipping. I’m 5’10†and totally comfortable enjoying the ride of this bike.

I seldom write reviews, but this bike rates one. Ordered 2 bikes which arrived a week early. Fairly easy to assemble, but we still dropped them off at a bike shop to put their "blessing" on our job. A simple adjustment on the brakes, repaired a slightly bent rotor, and we were on our way. The bikes perform as promised, so far so good! Really fun to ride, battery life is good.

The bike arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, especially considering it faced weather delays.Assembly is moderately challenging but much easier with two people. While the instructions are clear, the diagrams could be improved for easier understanding.It features three pedal assist modes, with a noticeable difference between modes 1 and 2. Mode 1 allows me to ride at about 9-10 mph with minimal effort, while in mode 2, I reach around 15-17 mph, feeling like I'm barely pedaling. Mode 3 pushes the bike to about 20-22 mph on flat, smooth terrain.However, the bike struggles with hills. I weigh 170 pounds, which is well within the bike’s weight limit, but I was hoping for better hill performance. It handles long, gradual inclines decently, but for steep hills, even in mode 3, you’ll find yourself doing most of the work.The battery seems to fall slightly short of the advertised range; I’d expect closer to 30-50 miles instead of 40-60. Properly shifting gears and selecting the right mode will also impact your range.Overall, I'm satisfied with the value for the price. The bike should perform well on easy to moderate trails. Just be sure to monitor your battery during rides. If you're commuting, I'd recommend bringing the charger along—it’s no bigger than a laptop charger.

Ive had the bike for about a week and a half and the bike over all is amazing, rides well and is smooth with good front fork shock absorber, but the lcd display ended up getting a bit of water in it from riding through the rain (which mind you was only about 20 minutes) it just started to mess with the whole bikes electrical system, horn would go off randomly and power would be in consistent. Might just be a rare thing that happens but, its definitely something to be aware about.

Being a tall and big rider, 6’6†290lbs, I was curious if I was going to be able to fit on it, and I do. Heavy steel frame, so no worries on that end.Never rode a e-bike before, and with my regular bike I see no need to wear a helmet, always going so slow, but with this one I found myself consistently going 20mph and over. I definitely would recommend wearing a helmet with this e-bike.Disc brakes are great, but still can take a while to stop. Had to cut back the pedal assist from level 3 to 2 because it just keeps taking off so fast, but when I am going on longer distances, being able to go 20mph will be very handy.Front light works great, very visible at night. Really sharp looking bike.All in all, I am a “noob†when it comes to e-bikes, so I don’t have anything to compare it to but my GT Outpost, which I love, but I won’t be riding it with this option in my garage.For $400 to get you out of the house, it’s fun, and it’s good cardio, I would recommend.

I recently purchased the Soumye E-Bike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The ride is incredibly smooth. We plan on bringing our bikes while camping so I'm looking forward to tackling several hills. The battery life is impressive. I also love the sleek design and sturdy build quality. Customer service was top-notch. We face-timed with a service rep who assisted with installing the front wheel brake. He answered all our questions and ensure our bikes were installed properly. If you're considering an e-bike, I highly recommend the Soumye E-Bike!
