I love this gorgeous pie pan. Heavy ceramic, off-white exterior, perfect for pies or quiches, impressive quality. I was stunned at the same-day delivery from Sur la Table - we have a local store, and it was delivered a few hours after I placed the order. It comes in several colors and I got it in white. It’s heirloom quality.

I’ve always wanted an elegant, vintage appearing , sturdy pie dish. This fit the bill. We made the Milk Bar Pumpkin pie recipe , using this dish for Thanksgiving and it was a huge success.

I purchased this pie dish as a gift for a friend. It arrived right on time. The pan had strange smears on it, which were easy to wipe off. I cleaned it, wrapped it, and she is totally happy with her gift. You just can't go wrong with Emile Henry bakeware; it is by far the best.

In the process of replacing all my old cheap cookware, I came across this elegant little gem. I have always loved Emile Henry for the quality, and this particular pie dish might be my favorite item yet. It heats evenly for a perfect bottom crust and the slightly scalloped top makes for a beautiful centerpiece. I used it to make an apple pie (definitely not a baker, btw) and my husband said that the dish made it look like one of those pies that should be showcased in a window. It was very easy to clean and would make a nice gift for any kitchen enthusiast.

I haven’t used it yet but I’m so pleased with this purchase now that I’ve seen it in person. I recently made a quiche for Easter brunch and I could not fit the entire contents of the quiche custard in my Pyrex pie dish (it just wasn’t deep enough). And when this arrived I immediately compared its height to my Pyrex and it’s much deeper/taller so I’m happy. I attached a photo to compare this pie dish with a standard Pyrex pie dish.
