These are excellent pliers and work great as linesman, their cutting ability is outstanding while maintaining portability in a compact package. They also work excellently on bolts and panel opening (love that feature of the curved jaw). These are easy on the hands and twist wires extremely well.I wouldn't recommend throwing out your Kleins though, due to what I assume is their better cutting angle/higher leverage along with smaller length these have a more challenging time stripping wire sheathing from the mouth than traditional 9" linesman designs but Im sure thats more my experience in technique with these pliers than the tool itself. Its a slight learning curve in that sense if you are used to ripping off wire sheathing with your linesman these will do it but need to be held in hand at a slightly different angle than 'normal', they work excellently with great cutting ability and I cannot overstate how awesome the jaw design is for accessing panels and doing general work. Also due to their more compact nature they make for a poorer hammer so keep your kleins around for knockouts and nail hitting.(These are nice pliers that have more capabilities than traditional linesmans, we all know we keep limited tools on us at work, these are a great addition. If you do mostly roughing in work youll probably use these for the tie in but hold on to your heavier 9" traditional linesmen as their mass is awesome to have when needed, these are light weight and easy to carry which is awesome for that but can be a downside if you need good ol smacking pliers)Totally recommend these, not instead of traditional linesmans (klein) but in addition, youll find yourself reaching for these far more often than the usual 9", the jaws and cutter are outstanding.Update a while later: these are still awesome! With confidence I can say they work great on wire from 24awg to 6awg and beyond the sheathing striping is a breeze once you know where to hold the pliers (I choke up on them more than I do with full size linesman) and they cut fantastically, outstanding pliers from delicate to robust jobs. You won’t regret it

All Right, All Right! I am Totally Satisfied with this tool! It Did Exactly as advertised!I was beginning to get Very frustrated, with my Toyota truck! I wanted a simple accessory for the gas cap, but it required to remove a factory installed screw( which I was warned was torqued on very hard) and yes mine was proving to be a challenge! I first tried with a heavy duty screwdriver only to start stripping it, tearing up the head, then I moved onto a small pair of Vise grips only to slip off time & again, further damaging the screw head. I was about to give up when I watched a short documentary of the inventor of these wonderful pliers! so at t'he end of my rope, I gave these a shot! hoping for the best! I was a little worried cause these are quite substantial 8" and the problem Screw was in a tight space(inside the gas cap compartment. I was considering the "Brute", but I wanted a pair of Regular sized Pliers! But because of its great design, these fit easily in that space. And Well It was love at first "Crack", of the offending Screw! It loossened with ease! No problem what so ever! Whew! I thought I was going to have to seek professional help ( the Stealer ship) to remove said screw. it was looking bleak as i tried the usual suspects(driver, pliers,& Vise grips)only tearing up the screwhead. That is until I got the MIGHTY Nejisaurus Rex! It probably saved me alot of $$$ & embarassment of taking it in, these worked like a charm! Thank God! nice handsome design, well constructed,I'm glad I went for these. They are very close in size to a "regular"set of pliers! Like said I wanted a grown up tool, not a miniture version, I also considered the Vampliers version, but opted for these( same manufacturer, same quality) and saved some money. I wish I had these years ago when I broke the heads off a couple of cheap screws on my prize Guitar. The teeth have superior Bite, and the grips are super comfortable & feel great! I will whole heartily Endorse & recommend Highly! I would definitely Purchase again if lost or stolen. You wont regret it, Get some Now, and save yourself time & worry.

Finally, a pair of pliers that can do what most can’t. The grips on the jaws are great for removing a stripped out screws. They also work well at twisting wire. Very well made.

Can't remember where I heard of these. I work as a handyman, and I provide tools to my helpers. One pair got lost. One helper liked it so much he ordered his own. I ordered a couple more. One unopened one, is a back up. It's just a very useful tool. I believe it's the same as the red one, it just has green plastic handles.

Copy and Paste from my other review of this brand:All pliers from this manufacturer are top notch. Best grip on the market if you have damaged screws that need to be removed. I ended up getting a few different pliers, well worth it!I have four different pliers from this brand. I really enjoy them all.
