Great product! Great value! I appreciated that the winch hook can easily be removed to allow other cable accessories be used. Only down side was that the ride ferule is thicker then my previous winch rope so I have to acquire another mount screw to secure the spool end to the winch. Wish this rope came with its own screw but likely impossible to outfit a screw with universal winch application. East issue to resolve with a trip to local hardware store.

So far I am very please with this tow rope. Install was fairly easy after removing the steel cable from the winch. Will update later

This synthetic rope is 100% better than any cable on any winch no more ripped fingers with unbelievable strength capacity and ease of use is very impressive

I love how durable this synthetic cable for the 12000lb winch is. I use it only for our f250 sd and it was old reliable until it was pushed (or pulled) to its breaking point under some of the toughest most extreme rock climbing. It only broke because someone forgot to rewind the drum last time and it frayed on our winch mount driving around with the rope looped around either winch hook four or five times. Was not the fault of the rope at all.

So far, the winchline looks good. Spooled nicely while pulling the Jeep up an incline. Reused my original steel cable hook as well. Only thing worth mentioning is that the packaging needs to be better. The rope is wrapped in a plastic bag with an open end. The open end brushes against the cardboard box during shipping, causing that rope area to scuff. No big deal since this rope will go through rocky terrain, however others may be displeased by the rope scuffs. No recovery has been performed yet, so the review will be updated if anything breaks.

The only way I could test the strength would be to break the rope, and I'd really rather not do that. It arrived in good condition with no visible flaws.Installation: Don't just guide it on the spool with hand tension. Find a place where you can stretch the rope out full length. Bolt it onto the spool and reel in the red portion. Anchor the other end to something that won't move. We used my wife's F-150 with the park brake on. I then put my (automatic transmission) Wrangler in 4WD Low and in reverse at idle and reeled in the rope with the winch. I shouldn't have to add this, but I will, just in case. This won't work with a manual transmission, but it would work with any vehicle with an automatic.

Extremely thick rope. Maybe half of the length will fit on a standard ATV winch. The buckle is thick and I needed to modify it as well. Not meant for an ATV. This is my second attempt at using rope. Going back to cable. Not worth the hassle.

Good quality, easy to install, does all the things one expects a winch rope to do...and never complains, like not even once. If you are looking for exactly what this is, then stop looking, because you have found it.
