We needed a screen door to be compliant for a housing inspection and this was a perfect, easy addition. Easy to install and great quality.

The product itself is good. It fit my door perfectly and seems to be quality material. The handle is my only complaint. The handle seems a little cheap. Mine was missing the locking button so the first time I latched it I couldn't get it open. I had to unscrew the handle and take it apart to get the locking latch out of it. I don't ever intend to lock it so it wasn't a big deal to take it out but for the money it would have been nice for a quality check before shipping it out. Otherwise it was easy to install about 30mins and it works as intended.

Orderd this and had the latch imediatley break.. Support was very responsive and sent out the new latch right away.. Things break and dont go right, it what a company does when this happens.. which is why they get 5 stars for support.. and the unit was easy to install and assemble.. does the job nicley

After having screen door installed there is a tear in the screen. Love the retractable features of the screen door. Just highly disappointed with the tear in the screen.

easy to put together and install looks great butt.... only after using the door a few times the door handle started to act up, it would not latch, the button was getting stuck, 2 times it got stuck i could not get out i had to unscrew the handle just to get out of the house... i contacted the company to get a replacement handle and they asked for a picture and i have not heard back from them since.. i assume i am going to have to get a new door if i cant find a replacement handle... very disappointed

The fuzzy strip inside the horizontal rail, in my case it is on top, came loose and ends up hanging at the side. I.e. when I close the screen it was pulled with it and bunch up and hanging at the end.
