great deal on kitchen shears. the quality is great and cuts through almost anything. the shears themselves are pretty big but are easy to handle. the cover snaps in so it's really secure

okay, the only reason i bought two sets of these knives was to use at this new kpot restaurant, where they supply you with only one set of scissors (dirty) for per table. bear in mind, our first time there, we had eight people at the table. so annoying, having to pass scissors back and forth. and for those of you asking why we didn't ask for knives, it's because they don't have any. i don't make the rules.anyway, i was prepared the second time, and the moment the food arrived, i surprised everyone with their own scissors. we all got a good laugh out of it; some of the laughter could have been attributed to the alchol that was coursing through our veins.scissors are great! very sharp, pretty, easy to clean. i'm going to try these out for regular kitchen use, they worked great at the kpot place. ironically enough, i will not go back there, i'm tired of paying a ridiculous price to cook my own food. i should have left myself a tip.

These are fantastic, sharp shears that I use as knives. Unfortunately, I've caught others in my household using them as scissors, but I think they are wonderful for cutting food. It's nice that you get two pairs for a low price. I thought about keeping one out for others to use and hiding the other pair to use as a dedicated "knife" but I ended up giving the second pair away. I will probably buy these again and they make a great gift.
